2. Data we collect

When you submit a reservation request via this website, we process:

• Name
• Email address
• Number of guests, date and time of the reservation
• Preferred table (optional)
• Any note or special request you choose to add (optional)

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party social pixels on this site.

3. Purpose & legal basis

Reservation data is processed solely to handle your booking request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / performance of contract). You confirm this processing via the explicit consent checkbox on the reservation form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Storage & processors

Reservation data is stored in our hosted database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU region). Hosting providers act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Retention

Reservation records are kept for up to 30 days after the reservation date, then deleted. Records related to invoices or legal disputes may be kept longer where required by Austrian tax or commercial law (typically 7 years).

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
